The ring GAVIA pass - MORTIROLO pass - APRICA pass leads to BORMIO, SANTA CATERINA, PONTE DI LEGNO, APRICA, TIRANO, and closes back to Bormio. Passo Gavia and Mortirolo are closed during the winter, while the Aprica pass is always open and easy to walk. The Giro d'Italia has made these roads famous, and there are numerous excursions on foot, by car or by motorbike!
